Colin Simpson established the firm in 2002. Colin has worked extensively in the area of family law for almost twenty years. He also works in the area of Wills and Estates. In 2016 Colin was awarded the degree of Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also a member of the Family Law Practioners Association.

Alison Slocombe commenced working for the firm in April 2009 and before that, worked for two years in a large Melbourne family law firm. Alison works only in the area of family law. She obtained her Master of Law (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law in June 2015. Alison is a member of the Family Law prationers Association.

Emma Sandvick was admitted as a solicitor in January 2011 and has mostly worked for the firm since that time. Emma works in the area of wills and estates. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Kate Ryan has worked for the firm since 2012. She worked as Colin’s secretary and paralegal while she studied law part time. Kate was admitted as a solicitor in May 2018 and now works full time in the area of family law.
